2. Ordering and Payment

3. Shipping and Delivery
Our moss bowls are handcrafted every two weeks in our studio. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery during peak seasons. We aim to dispatch your order within 10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
